I volunteer with AHELP Project because they offer the kind of support I wish we’d had when facing cancer and the end of life with our two beloved golden retrievers.
As an AHELPer, I offer comfort after loss by helping Creative Healing Circle attendees make memorial charm necklaces to honor past pets. In my jewelry business, I create fused glass pendants and ornaments with the ashes of precious furry family members. I’ve also been a part of their Events team by representing AHELP and Limelight Designs at community outreach events and at their open houses.
