You will be taught and guided through the Grief Recovery Method's tools by Certified Grief Recovery Specialists: Animal Hospice Counselor-Educator and AHELP Project Director Michelle Nichols, M.S. and Certified Life Coach, DarylAnne Brooke. This is not a drop-in group. With the exception of skipping 4/4/17, we ask that you complete all 8-9 sessions to receive the INAUGURAL GROUP SPECIAL. If you aren't interested in pet loss grief and bereavement, you can skip the first session and just attend sessions 2-9.

You'll better understand why grief surrounding pet loss builds upon unresolved past experiences. You'll be encouraged to consider losses of other animal and human loved ones or loss of a partner through death or separation of a loved one. The Grief Recovery Method can also be used to address unresolved issues such as: unemployment, loss of health, and PTSD. If you are like us, you may find that this action Method will provide you with tools to move toward healing and has similar effects as one-on-one therapy. 

Each week, you can expect:
- To better appreciate grief as a normal and natural emotional response to loss.
- To better understand your grief - education is power! 
- To learn techniques and tools you will work through outside of the group. 
- Time for you and your partner to share and practice the exercises.

This group is limited to 10 guests, and your seat is reserved through payment in full of the entire $120 registration. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED HALF YOUR FEE ($60) if you complete all 8 (or 9) sessions and you complete the evaluation and feedback we include with each course.
